Yay! I'm a better hair curler now than two years before!! (self-proclaimed). ^.^

Ok.

Finally upped the SENTOSA piccies in FACEBOOK!!

Anyway, last Thursday at Sentosa, I refused a tan. XD

I mean usually people would be glad to tan themselves a shimmering bronze, but I feel otherwise.

I WANNA REMAIN FAIRRRR!!!

So I slathered on layers and layers of SUNBLOCK LOTION! ^^

ANDDD,

its the first time I didn't get CHARRED while being in the grilling sun for hours!

YAY to being fair!

Then we frolicked in the sun... playing Frisbee which apparently I sucked at.

And then into the super cold water at Palawan Beach.

Went to 7-11 to get hydrated and to fill our tummies.

So me and Jocelyn got this Mashed Potato thinggi.

Normal Potato for $1.35.

BBQ flavoured for $1.

I thought that the special ones are supposed to be charged higher?

Anyhoots we got the normal one.

Then the cashier guy charged us only $1 each. So I was insistent for a reason.

Me: I thought its supposed to be $1.35?

Cashier: No. Its only $1.

Me (being silly for asking to be charged higher): But at the machine it stated $1.35.

Cashier: No no. Its $1.

Me: I bought normal ones. Its supposed to be $1.35 each. =D

Cashier (desperate for me to stop it): Fine. For you I charge $1. Ok?

Me: Ok. (^_^)

Is there anyone out there sillier than me? XD

After we got a little high, we decided to Tram all the way to Siloso Beach and back!

Actually, it isn't really that far. XD

Sidetrack: Its like 3.20am now and the sole reason I'm not sleeping is that I'm undergoing "Shou Nian". Crap. I wouldn't wake up at a decent hour tmr. ^^

Then we got really crazy on the tram. Like really crazy. HAHAHA!!

We kinda stood on the tram seat taking piccies and the tram driver kept annoucing,

"Please be seated while the tram is moving for your own safety."

Later sat the Monorail thinggi back to Vivo.

And went night shopping at Bugis!

Crap. Its so crowded that I can't breathe.

Later train-ed home with Michelle.

SATURDAY (Eve of CNY's Eve)

Went to Chinatown at night!!

Crowded? Yes.

Like hell.

The huge hawker centre is packed like toad's eggs!

Shop shop shop.

Went to Chinatown's Sheng Shiong to haul back more CNY goodies.

SUNDAY (CNY eve)

Went to Granny's house to Tuan Yuan!

OMG. All the shop keepers are so lazy! They close their shops on CNY eve!

No la. They also need to go for Tuan Yuan Fan. XD

Ok. I'm breaking down.

I've worn myself out in the past week.

So I've skipped tonight's overnight stay plan to play throughout the night at Nat's what's-his-name.

And instead, I'm an aid in preparing the house for Chinese New Year.

Ok, let's see.

After chalet last week,

I went out on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Which is like everyday?

Let me just give a short summary on my fantabulous week to prove that my blog is still breathing.

And the piccies (which is alot, as in ALOT) will have to come later here. But it'll be at Facebook. =)

THURSDAY went JP/JP2 with Mommy and Sis till 9pm.

Yeah, ladies outing!

FRIDAY went for dinner at Bukit Timah and shoooping at Daiso, IMM.

SATURDAY went to Granny's and brought Kibbs there to taunt the neighbours.

SUNDAY went for Kibbs injection.

MONDAY went shoooping with Mommy and Sis again at Causeway till 8pm.

TUESDAY went for a mini 4E gathering/ Janice's farewell.

A number of the kids of 4E can't make it due to work/blah blah. =(

Anyway, we went for lunch at Seoul's Garden.

Heck, we stayed for 3 hrs. XD

Then bowling at CSC. I'm still a gutter-girl.

And we partied at Janice's till night!!!

Bought a cake for her. =D

Then cabbed home at 11pm.

WEDNESDAY went shoooping with Mommy and Sis again at Westmall till 9pm.

And I had insomnia over the night. =(

I guess its the caffeinated cups of tea I drank.

THURSDAY outing with Michelle, Janice and Jocelyn to...

SENTOSA~

Yay yay yay yay yay!

Before that had lunch at Marche in Vivo. YUMMMMMY~

Oh, anyway we saw Jackie Chan at Sentosa. He was like waving to us, which kinda made up the pitiful crowd. Well, it wasn't broad casted that he'll be in Sentosa, right?

In the evening, we went night shopping at Bugis!

Bought a couple of tops and dresses. (*^_^*)

Speaking of which, as I keep complaining that I have a huge lack of clothes, I had absentmindedly bought like 9 tops/dresses in the past week. Excluding CNY stuffs. :O

Ok, I must stop buying. Maybe two or three more then no more for a year. YES.

FRIDAY I went all over CCK running CNY errands and went to Ban Nian Huo at Tenmilejunction in the evening.

I guess tmr will be the same. XD

Anyway, after CNY, school's gonna start.

I MISS SCHOOLING AND SCHOOL UNIFORMS!

To be truthful, I'm a freak on school uniforms.

Sometimes, I hope that I study in Japan so that I can don their high school uniforms.
What a fool am I. XD

Ok, I should stop crapping.

I'm blogging again~~

Ok, this gets me to...

2008 O LEVEL RESULTS.

Anyway, could you guys detect the previous crap post on the rain and snow and stuff was a "de-stress" post?

Typing something other than results reduces the anxiety in me. XD

Anyway, that fateful results-MON-day came.

Crap. Me and Jocelyn went to have lunch and ended up leaving more than half of it behind.

Hello, we were willing our throats to swallow the fries down. Lol!

Ok, then blah blah blah. Mdm Lee started talking and such.

Anyway, I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the SIX smarty-pants top scorers in my dearest class 4E!!

Especially MICHELLE and GIN! Both of you totally deserved it!

Anyway, they started giving out the results and like everyone in my class got like super good grades and I'm like one of the last to get my results and I'm panicking like crap.

Almost all of them got between 7 to 13 points for L1R5!

Later, Ms Leong and Mrs Ram was like saying that I did really really well when my brain wasn't processing and I was thinking, 'What is really really well?'

And HEY!!

I GOT LIKE 8 DISTINCTIONS!!

I have like 8 subjects so yeah.

I'm like super ecstatic!!!!!! =D =D =D

So now, I really feel like thanking the people that gave me these results.

THANK YOU MRS RAM FOR MY A2 IN COMBINED HUMANITIES!

I just hope that that alphabetical grades can sustain till A Levels. XD

I had been praying every single night for a whole year for perserverance, faith and courage for my examinations and God has been helping me all along. Thank you Lord.

As the saying goes,

"Faith is not belief without proof, but trust without reservation."

I kept that line in my heart ever since I came across it two years back.

And I guess many of them in Kranji did wonderfully for the O Levels!!

Congrats to all of us whom made it through the scary, monstrous whole YEAR of O's!

May the later batches be blessed with such wonderful teachers too!

After I got my results, we went out to celebrate and have dinner~

So ONE day wasted in choosing schools.

On Tuesday, our class went to PARTY in our chalet!

It was super fun, to be with 4E-ians again after the whole long holiday.

Before that, Jocelyn, Thai Yeng, Janice, Angeline and me went to ACJC open house.

Guess who we saw when Jo and me were on the bus.

My, the world is so small.

Later we went to the chalet at Pasir Ris.

It's a well-furnished two storey bungalow. So cool~!

So we went to the sea to catch the breeze and to simply REEELAAAX.

Sat at the breakwater after examining the hermit crabs in their shells.

PICCIES APLENTY!

Went back to the chalet after nightfall and started BBQ.

Haha. The guys kept BBQ-ing while Jo and me kept eating.

After awhile, we felt bad and volunteered, and started giving trouble instead, so we were told to keep waiting for our food. LOLS!

Anyway, the food was yummy!

It was farby the best BBQ food I've ate.

Unraw, uncharred with a wide variety!

There's like the norm, satay, otah, hotdogs, chicken wings.
-

And then there's asam stingray, buttered corn on cob, sweet potatoes.

There's even Banana in hot chocolate and fruits!
-

What an all-rounder BBQ with wonderful cooks! ^^

The only bad thing was the lighting. So no piccies on BBQing. =(

Went for night cycling!!
-

All around a part of Pasir Ris and we went to get our snacks from 7-11 at White Sands.

Back to the chalet and we finished a whole movie on Alvin and the Chipmunks.

Why is it not Dave and the Chipmunks? XD

And then I slept. ZZZZZZzzzzz.

All the way till the sky is bright and the people below are yelling about getting up and having breakfast and the smell of fresh omelette tickled our noses.

The guys are early wakers, the gals are not.

In the end, me and Jo made breakfast for the dear sleepy girls. XD

But then my legs started to hurt and go jelly.

Its not pain or muscle cramp, just the feeling of weakness. =(

Then you know what I did?

I went cycling till my legs nearly broke down.
-

Then my legs really cannot let me stand up already.
-

Even bending it hurts. =*(
-

So I stayed in the room like some crippled and slept/played people's PSP and iPhone.

Then we had to return the bikes but I couldn't cycle anymore, so some kind soul name Yenteng returned my bike for me. Thanks alot, girl!

Later me and Janice went to White Sands to get dinner, buy a very cute top, buy earrings, ok just shop, get 5 pks of icepop for the chalet people, and junk to stock up. And bought bottles of mineral water for the people at the chalet.

Then had lunch in the chalet room and I started to tell ghost stories.

I stopped but they wanted me to continue and they got so freaked out that they daren't go to the toilet. All thanks to me. -_-

We stayed till night till many people came and go and at last me and Xuanying left in a cab late at night.

My nice classmates volunteered to help pay for the cab fare. So nice right?

And they decided not to bomb me with the water bombs.
(Because they had planned to do it) -_-

Went home and SNOOZED!

Today went shopping with my Sis and my Mommy.
-

Finally bought some New Year's clothes.

Oh ya. And did my JAE registration already. I had to make my decision during the chalet.

12 choices were filled with 6 JCs.

Hope I get into my first choice. =)
