I'm so tempted to blog a long post.
And I will! (I hope)
Anyway, its 12.15 am now, lets see how long I'll take...
Current mood: In Pain.
Reason: I just smashed my finger when closing the cupboard.
Elaboration: Its not really pain, its deathly pain. Similar to crushing your finger flesh or cutting the finger off whole. I was sitting there for 5 whole minutes, hugging my poor finger and thinking of only 3 words. No, not I Love You. Its Pain Pain Pain.
It happened in the morning, and now, it still feels like my fingernail is gonna pop out any moment.
Anyway, yesterday was super fun!
FRIDAY
MORNING
In the morning, there was like NDP celebration or something. And Leader's Day? Yepp. ^^
I think I don't have to do duty anymore. XD That's sweet.
Well, the whole school was supposed to come in school bottoms and red or white tops. Well, my dear class was convinced that we are allowed to come in white bottoms, even for girls, even though I thought otherwise. Well, its the last celebration we are gonna have as a class, so white bottoms we wore. =D
All of us girls stuck orchids in our hair to prove our patriotism for dear ol' SG. We drew Miss 4Eian and Mr 4Eian slings for our Miss Singaporean and Mr Singaporean. We made heart shape banners to wave. We waved the Singapore flag. We yelled for our Mr and Miss Singaporean. At last they won. Congrats Amalina & Kenji! =) We cheered for our pyramid climbers. They did well. =) We took pictures. We had fun. We enjoyed. And that's all that matters.
Ah wells. I'll just stick in pics for you. Although loads of other pics are still circulating. And messenger is doing a bad job in sending files quickly.
They formed NDP '08.But they were like facing the other direction. So...

AFTERNOON
And we were released like super early. 10am+. It was supposed to be 11am. And after tt prefects phototaking. But everyone was missing, so we were released.
Went Mc' with Floris for breakfast. Wanted to meet Jocelyn but she had Band piccietaking...
Went home.
Slacked...
And at 11.30, bathed and changed and freshen up.
Went out at 12.30pm. IWASLATE.
Man, I'm always late! Thats a very bad habit, Val. I guess I'll just get ready earlier everytime I wanna go out.
Luckily I'm meeting Jocelyn and Floris, if its Jaime and Raine, I bet I have to treat them icecreams again. XD
I was late for 20 min.
And then I cant get into the MRT thing coz I have to topup card. And I dun wanna use nets, so I queued up. The queue was bloody long. So kid have to change his student pass or something and he was FILLING UP A FORM while everyone else waited. Impatient and frustrated.
Finally this was done. So we went up the platform and started deciding on where to go.
Britannia was at Orchard, so we figured to go there. Called Michelle to inform her coz she's at Yishun.
After awhile...
We decided to go Chinatown. =D
Called Michelle to inform her again and she said she reached Orchard. XD So she went on to Chinatown first.
Sorry, this is like damn elaborated coz I love typing alot now that I wanna exercise my swollen finger. XD
After battling the maze-like MRT station with 4 levels of different types of trains, we found Michelle at the Dhoby Gaut station.
Went on to Chinatown.
Sat at Old People's Park for a drink while waiting for Britannia.
And then I went to the toilet. Unknowingly, I brought only 5cents with me, thinking it was 10cents. After walking a looong way with Jocelyn, I put the coin onto the counter and the woman was like "Only 5 cents. Nt enuf". Whatheheck. I have to walk all the way back to get 10cents and walk to the toilet again. And its not even clean.
Finally Brit came and we went SHOPPING at Pearl Centre aka Zhen Zhu Fang aka People's Park Complex (wth so many names). YEAHHH~~ Bought hair clips and earrings.
And then we went out and shopped at the Chinatown street. Michelle bought sunglasses...
Went to People's Park Centre. To this "spare parts" shop. I'm sure many people know this shop. Its full of earring pendants and earring connectors and necklace pendants and connectors. Basically, you buy whatever hell you want, but tons of connectors and make your unique earring necklace whatever.
Yes. It was damn damn fun! We were squealing at every single cute pendant we saw (treble clef, Eiffel tower, sweets, bears, cupids, gingerbreadman, stilettos, doggy, you name it). So we bought connectors, shared them and bought whatever pendants we like. I got a silver wired treble clef, a bronze milk teddy and a diamond doggy.
I wanna splurge there again! It was super fun and the earrings are totally worth the money if you have people to share the connectors with. You can't just buy a packet of 24 connectors for only 3 pairs of earrings.
And then there came the hunger pangs.
NIGHT
We proceeded to Marina Bay for dinner. We wanted to dine at Hotplate, but some of us aren't in the mood for tomyum soup and stuff. Then we wanted Kenny Rogers, but some of us are tired of chicken. Then Suki Yaki Yuki Japanese Restaurant, but when you are starved, you don't really wanna eat plain Japanese sushis.
Then we wanted New York New York, but it is like so damn far. We decided to go to Billy Bombers, but decided not to.
Finally, hungry and tired of deciding, we went to...
Carl's Junior.Good choice!
Being so hungry, I'd wanted it upsized. Luckily Michelle told me it will be "too much".
Because the drinks are free-flow and the burger is bloody huge.

We nearly finished our burgers! Brit has half left and Jocelyn has 1/4 left. Never mind, we'll finish them during the game.
Huh? What game?! I'm full enough! But we still have these left.
Oh no! I can't hold any food down anymore! So we'll play the chucky game. Losers get to eat.
Muahahahahah!
But being ever so nice people, we always helped the loser eat some of her supposedly share.
Everytime you lose, you eat either 1 crisscut fries or 3 straightcut fries.
And after half of the game, we increased. Muahahah!!
Finally, we cannot take it anymore, we takeaway. Hahah!
Some of us didn't even take a second flow of drinks. No wonder its "free-flow".
Went to shop of a little while more at the nail polish shop, and poof!, we're going home.
We sat at the floors of the MRT all the way home.
Its not really very inconsiderate becoz there's not much pple at 9pm.
HOME SWEEEEEET HOME!
TODAY
Guess where I went today.
CHINATOWN. I can't believe it. After telling my mum we went Chinatown yesterday, she is eager to go there again today.
I went to the shop and bought my mother a pair of earrings she was looking for, in the shape of Kibbs!
Ok, the shape of a dog.
Mine are cherries!
After dinner, shopped a little.
At this particular 3 for $10 shop, there's an woman blocking the aisle of the very squeezy shop. Since she's kinda big (sorry), she blocked the whole pathway. My sis accidentally banged into her, so she apologised.
And you know what that fat woman said?
She told her friend that my sister cannot walk properly.
"Bu hui zou lu".
Erm please. Its not that my sis din apologise.
If it were me, I'd just tell her that its her fault that she's blocking so much of the pathway.
No la, I'm not so bad. =) *No offences. I'm just directing my anger towards her.
Anyway, we went to idk where to have supper. Teochew porridge!

LAST WEEK dunno which day
We ate this last week.World's best (so far) stingray and Kangkong. At Bukit Timah Hawker Centre. Look at the sleek juicy and oily chilli at the top of the tender and sweet stingray meat dripped with a few drops of refreshing lime juice.

And their seafood soup. The soup is ok, but soups aren't their forte. =)
