Hello 2009!
Ooo, the feeling of stepping into a new year is... overwhelming!!
Coz you can only get a new year once a year, right?? ^^
Anyway, on Xmas eve, Ayu overworked herself, got dizzy and fell down the stairs in her house.

Then she injured her right hand and had to undergo emergency surgery.
The doc told her to rest her hand for three weeks for it to recover fully, but Ayu had major events of the year the following few days.
Like Kouhaku 2008 (she's the opening performer) and her Premium Countdown Live 08-09.
So Ayu, being insistent, decided to carry on with the perfs with doc's permission.
And luckily both shows were a great success.

Coz I slept over to countdown last night at Aloy's house and when I came home, I slept all the way till 4pm.
