SORE THROAT.

Mine is at its worst, leaving me speechless (literally).

The higher pitches of my vocal cords are somewhat damaged.

So now I speak low and monotonous.

So just don't speak to me.

Heck, being voice-less is worst than having flu.

Everytime I want to say something, I can't. Damn!

It started yesterday.

Anyway, yesterday was SUPER SUPER FUNNN!!!

Not the school posting part, though.

Went VISITING (I know, Day 5 already) to 9 houses!

We combed 10 places in 13 hours.

Nt bad eh??

Anyway with my voice-less-ness, lovely people kept shoving medicine to me. =D

FRIDAY started off well. Without having and sort throat or whatever.

FIRST STOP: MY HOUSE! =D

Michelle came first and played with my curler.

Then Kwai, Jocelyn, ThaiYeng, Xuanying, Minyan, Brit, then finally Yenteng!

We messed around, ate the tidbits, exchanged oranges, and finally departed at 12.15pm.

Went Limbang to eatt!!

NEXT STOP: KRANJI SECONDARY SCHOOL

Kwai had wanted to get something frm KSS, in the end all of us (in our visiting clothes) went into KSS, and stayed there for 2 hours.

Found Mrs Ram and Ms Leong and we discussed about our posted schools! It's so good to be in school again. =)

We chatted for a really long time and decided to get going finally.

NEXT STOP: Minyan's house

Reached her house at 3pm. Played Bridge, Blackjack. Then we made a move coz we were racing against time!!

NEXT STOP: Michelle's house

Took group piccie!!

Continued our blackjack game. XD

My voice started to wane.

Then departed hurriedly again.

NEXT STOP: Kwai's house

Her mommy and daddy were home!!

Exchanged oranges and snacked!

This time my voice turned really hoarse and Kwai's Mommy gave me two lozenges. Thankies!!

Hurried to the next stop.

NEXT STOP: Brit's house

Reached at 5.45pm. Somewhere there. This time my "normal" voice has vanished to I just became temporarily mute.

Watched the teevee while some of them played the piano and board games.

SEVENTH STOP: Yenteng's house

It was early evening when we reached. Her mommy was home! So we sat around watching the teevee and played UNO and mini-pool.

Exchanged the oranges and left. By then, I couldn't talk anymore. XD

EIGHT STOP: Jocelyn's house

Her mommy, daddy and sister were home. Coz its like 7.30pm already! XD

Who goes visiting at night?? US.

Woah, her mom got beehoon and satay for us.

And she gave me sorethroat medicine and lozenges. Thankies!! =D

Watched the 7pm show. And then realised that on Fridays, the show is on for two hours.

0.o

Departed at 8.20pm.

NINTH STOP: Xuanying's

Went to her Grandparents' first.

Her Granny is so cute! And bakes really fine tarts.

BUT I CAN'T EAT. Due to voicelessness. =(

Finished the 7pm drama and went to her own house, which is like next door.

Both her parents were home!

So we watched the 9pm drama. =D

I borrowed a book from XY too. Thnks!

And we seriously sat in front of the teevee for 1 hour. Till the show finished. Coz we were super tired already.

Every house we went the parents would ask us

"You all tired or not? Walk for the whole day alrdy."

XD

FINAL STOP: Thaiyeng's house.

Reached at like 10.15pm.

Its like a record-breaking CNY visiting time!

We feel so sorry to imposed on her family. =)

Anyway, her whole family were home. So we sat around, chose Japanese songs piano scores, and did magic tricks!!

The tricks xuanying did were super creepy at first, then super lame after it was revealed. XD

Finally we left at 11.15pm. XD

Its like so horribly late right?

And I reached home at 12.10am.

Today morning, my dad gave me sore throat medicine, this chinese herbal honey throat thing.

AND MY VOICE IS STILL NOT BACK!!

SATURDAY

Went Beach Road to eat. Then off the Suntec City. Heard that there's this LittleNyonya handshake thinggi?

Anyway we reached at 4pm so the thing was over.

My sis finally bought her black hat!! She'd been searching all over Singapore for it!

I bought sport shoes for school and stuff.

Then we Chinatown to eat.

My spirits wasn't really cheery today because everytime I get happy or excited, I couldn't express them with my high pitched voice gone. =(

So everything is sad and low.

Heck, I can't even laugh.

It'd come out as a wheezh.

Anyway, about

CHINESE NEW YEAR.

Was rather quick this year.

Last year I was like:

"CNY IS HERE! YAY! LONG HOLIDAY! HURRAY HURRAY!!"

This year I am like:

"CNY is here. Good enough."

Then:

"CNY is over. Fine with me."

Then:

"CRAPPP! SCHOOL IS STARTING! AHHHHHH~!"

Ok, so finally, about my posting.

I got into my 4th choice.

Anderson Junior College.

Good enough. BUT.

ARTS COURSE!

OHMYGOD. OHMYGOD.

There's something really wrong with it.

You see, there's no ARTS/HUMANITIES thinggi in my blood.

I either take Science or nothing at all.

So I'm appealing for Science in AJC. (I don't suffer two years of triple science for an ARTS course.)

IF AJC is not giving me my Science, I'm gonna transfer out to Saint Andrews JC.

Ya. Funny. Because people usually do it the other way.

I need all the luck I can get for my appeal to AJC science!

Dear lord, please bless me!!
