~My Malacca Experience 2008~

Here goes most of the Malacca pics.

Should I call it Malacca or Melaka?

When I go there, all the signs states Melaka, but in english, as I see online, its Malacca.

Haha!

DAY 1

Woke up late. >.<

Washed up and stuffs, then set off. Daddy's driving to Malacca! So we slept in the car...

Car trip was much shorter to Malacca than KL.

Stopped over awhile to bake in the burning sun. Actually, toilet break.

Blah.

Finally! Reached Malacca!

Due to the ravenous stomachs, we had to stop for lunch. I skipped it because the lunch was too... not my taste. XD Its like vegerice, but the dishes are all pig intestine and stuffs. UGGG.

Drove round the town and admired sights in the car whilst we search for Hotel Mahkota.

Formerly, its Century Mahkota, but now its Hotel Mahkota.

Finally~~

Parked at the front and checked-in. Then drove the Wing 8's (Sunflower) carpark. Carried all our crap up the hotel apartment.

You know what we brought? Pillows and bolsters. HAHA!! We love our home!!

Rested and took pics from our biggie balcony overlooking the expansive lagoon! WOOHOO!

Sis, bro and me went to have lunch first. At this horrible Korean restaurant that tried to copy Pepper Lunch but failed. See, copycats will never prevail.

We noted that there is this new jetty/recreational place called The Jetty. Went to explore.

We saw this "Flyer of Malacca" called the Eye.

Cool, but it isn't ready yet.

Blah blah.

Went to Carrefour to get supplies. Meaning chocolate, drinks and many other junk. Junk roxx! ^^

Then went to a hawker centre called "Newton" to eat. Sounds like SG's uh? Nice food anyway!

Went home, watched TEEVEE till 2am. Snoooze.

DAY2

Went down for buffet breakfast. Not bad man. There's many stuffs. ^^

Went up, bathed, and went out again.

Now for sightseeing!!

Went to the famous Red Houses and shopped a little there. There're Japanese schoolgirl tourists there too! Their uniforms are super cute can!! If only SG can be like that. XD

Then went to the museum to have a look...

Its so damn cool!!!

I think its the best part of the trip. A little bit freaky too. XD

They have Nyonya wares (plates/cups) and Nyonya furnitures and stuffs! (I think Little Nyonya got into my head. XD) With real spears and guns and carraiges. OMG. Should never miss!

Following, we went to this small shop for tea. Thank goodness it served really good Hor Fun. XD

After which, we went back to our car. And went back to hotel and sleep.

I dunno why, but I'm so sleepy on this trip. XD

Slept and listened to songs till 6 plus. Then went out again.

Went to nearby shopping centre to shop. Bought high heels!!

Then went to newton to eat again.

Finally, took away many burgers and onion rings and pizzas and went back to eat.

DAY 3

Morn woke up and went for buffet breakfast again.

Then went up and rested. Went out at 2pm to the shopping centre.

Shopped arnd and bought shirts from MNG.

Went to have lunch at Japanese restaurant. This restaurant serves really good food man! Like OISHI DESU NE~~
