A long time ago,

well, maybe not thaaat long, but a mere 10 years ago...
We indulged in a computer game.
Nothing on the Internet; it was a CD-rom working on Windows 95.
It was Barbie.
We were allowed to run a mall.
We named all the shops with our own names.
It felt so great; we wanted to run a mall when we grow up.
It all seemed so simple that long ago.
And then there was the Eureka channel 34 on CableTv.
Every Thursday nights on the couch; Goosebumps & The Worst Witch.
And 11pm seemed so late then.
Then it was BeyondBelief.
Channel 5, Sunday nights, late.
It was during the holidays; we were able to stay up late on a Sunday.
And it all seemed so horribly scary; we loved it.
The holidays where we camped in the study, building forts out of bolsters and blankets, staying up till almost 1am watching Korean dramas on Channel U and repetitive, boring commercials on weight loss. And 1am was late. Then. Kibbs wasn't here yet, and we don't want our parents to know we've been staying up.
Ahh, life is great; memories better.

Sometimes I feel so sorry always being absent from home.
And when I'm home, I'm usually locked up in my room mugging.
Sigh.
Just wait till A lvls are over.
I have a long list of things so do.
Like the promise to DebHo in volunteering at an animal shelter. :)
