NUS Business School

Life is full of choices. Most of the time, we are forced to make a choice even before we really know how it will turn. And usually, you will never get to know the result of the choice you did not take. Hence, we just have to hope and try to foresee the best choice we can make for ourselves.

I have made many extreme choices in my entire life, and I'd like to hope that they are the correct ones. But for sure, I know that to choose NUS Business School is one of the best choices I have made.

My decision is reaffirmed again this year with NUS Rag&Flag. I may be physically miles from home, but my Bizad spirit is forever close by, and I can say that for all bizaders, especially the raggers.

This year, once again we managed to defend our shield! We clinched the best performance, best coin collection and the chancellor's shield! And we're so happy because this is not pure luck or just some event that we won. Let me elaborate why.

It's extremely heartening to know that all the biz raggers commit to extreme flagging (it was hell) with totally no personal incentive AT ALL. Also, the flaggers stationed at business districts get loads of donation -- all from our alumni who will take their $50 notes and go down to find flaggers. When I was at it last year, there are seniors who came to me, empty their wallets into my can and say to me, Bizad must win! It really really touched me, so much so that I told myself that I will do the exact same thing the following year. (Grah but i'm not in sg I know) Next year then. :)

And me being able to sit here in my beautiful school of Tec de Monterrey, Queretaro, in the middle of the distant country of Mexico, blogging, is all thanks to Nus Business School who helped me financially and provided me with this invaluable opportunity. Knowing that after these four months I may never in my whole life experience Mexico again, and if not for this chance, I will never have experienced Mexico at all, leads me to cherish my every moment here. Of course, I owe loads to my parents because this trip is totally not cheap at all but they decided to give this to me.

Thank you, thank you and thank you again Nus Business School and mommy daddy for all these. I am indeed extremely indebted.
